Ingredients:

Biryani masala:-
½ tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
8 cloves
10 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
½ tsp pepper corns
1 mace
¼ nutmeg
1 Star anise
cinnamon stick
10-12 green chilli

Yakhni:-
1 kg meat ( I’m using buffalo meat you may use any, like chicken, mutton or lamb )
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp salt

Powdered spices:-
1 tsp chili powder
salt to taste
1 tsp kashmiri mirch
½ tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala powder ( mistakingly named it cumin powder in video)
food colour 2 pinch

Gravy:-
1 cup oil
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 cup curd
coriander leaves
mint leaves
1 tsp kewra water
3 fried onion ( 2 for gravy and 1 for assembling )

4-5 cup rice ( i have used 5 cups ) i.e 1 kg golden ( sella rice )
3 tbsp salt
bay leaves
cinnamon stick

1 tbsp oil
1 tsp lemon juice

fried onions
mint leaves
coriander leaves
kewra water
desi ghee
food colour
