Ingredients:
500 g, Pork Belly
1 tbsp, Cooking Oil
1 tbsp, Garlic
1 tbsp, Shallot
1 tsp, Pepper Powder
1 tbsp, Soy Sauce
1/4 cup, Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp, Sugar
1 cup, Water
Lemon, to taste.
Method:
1. Cut the pork belly into small strips.
2. Heat the cooking oil in a pan, add the garlic and shallot and fry them until fragrance, about 30 seconds.
3. Add the pork belly and stir-fry until light brown, about 5 minutes.
4. Add the pepper powder and continue to stir-fry until fragrance, about 1 to 2 minutes.
5. Season with the soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar. Stir to combine well.
6. Cook until dries, about 12 minutes.
7. Add the shallot and cook for about 1 minutes, done.
