Recipe 1 | Fish Sweet Potato Peas Puree (baby food with fish)
Ingredients :
50g Salmon (diced)
1/3 cup Sweet Potato (chopped)
1/4 cup Peas
1 tablespoon Cheese
Breastmilk or Formula
How To :
Place Salmon, Sweet Potato & Peas in a steamer.
Cover and cook for 15 minutes
Transfer them to a bowl
Then mash them with a potato masher or spoon
Fish is rich in protein and omega-3 fatty acids
Omega-3 fatty acids have substantial health benefits
for brain development, heart health, nerve & eye
Choose a variety of fish lower in mercury
Such as salmon, catfish, pollock, tilapia, and canned light tuna
Fish can cause an allergic to some babies
Remember to watch any allergic reaction and discuss with the pediatrician
Add some breastmilk/ formula until desired consistency
The milk makes for a little creaminess
If your baby rejects this texture, mash them with blender
Tip how to upgrade texture :
Mash them a half with a spoon
Then blend the remaining with blender
Don’t let baby comfort with smooth purees for too long
Always try to increase textures slowly
Add 1 tablespoon of cheese to boost their nutrient
Cheese provides a good source of protein, calcium and good fat

Recipe 2 | Egg Yolk Potato Carrot Puree (baby food with egg)
Ingredients :
1/3 cup Potato (diced)
1/4 cup Carrot (chopped)
1 Egg Yolk (boiled)
1/2 cup Water
How To:
Place them in a saucepan
Add 1/2 cup Water
Cover and turn on the heat
When it starts boiling, reduce the heat to low
Cook for 15 minutes or until tender
Add some of the cooking liquid
Then mash them with potato masher/ spoon
Portion size: 2 – 4 tablespoons each feed
