Best Blueberry Vanilla Shake 🍦💙

Enjoy the creamiest vanilla ice cream shake — rich, silky, and bursting with fresh blueberries and a drizzle of fragrant Azahar honey. Blended to perfection in a NutriBullet Ultra for a smooth, dreamy texture that melts in your mouth!

✨ Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe:
• 900 ml whole milk
• 450 ml heavy cream (33–35%)
• 7 egg yolks
• 100 g sugar
• 140 g invert syrup
• 54 g dextrose
• 3 g agar-agar (≈ 1 tsp)
• 1 vanilla bean
• Pinch of salt

Method:
– Heat milk, cream, sugar, salt & vanilla — don’t boil.
– Dissolve agar in a little milk, boil 1 min, add to base.
– Heat to 80 °C, then add invert syrup & dextrose.
– Whisk yolks, temper, cook gently to 80 °C until creamy.
– Strain, cool in an ice bath, refrigerate 6–12 h.
– Churn 30 min in an ice-cream maker, freeze until silky.

🍇 Blueberry Vanilla Shake (NutriBullet Ultra):
250 g fresh blueberries
2 scoops homemade vanilla ice cream
1–2 tsp Azahar honey
250–300 ml milk

Blend:
– Add blueberries, vanilla ice cream, honey, and milk to NutriBullet Ultra.
– Blend until perfectly smooth and creamy.
– Serve immediately and enjoy that rich vanilla-blueberry bliss!
