Cook at 145F
300 F for 1 hour
2 Pork loins
2 Tbsp Mustard
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
2 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Chili Powder
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Black Pepper
2 Pkg Bacon

Sauce
1 Stick Unsalted Butter
50 ml Whisky (Miniature)
3 Tbsp Honey

Cream Cheese Filling
3 Jalapeños (Minced)
4 oz Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese

  1. DO NOT cook it to 145F internal. Cook it to 134F internal. I know pork needs 140-145, but when you pull it at 134F and let it rest for 10mins it’ll come up to 140-145 on its own. Pulling it at 145 and letting it reset means overcooking it
