1+1/4 cup water
1Tsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 Tsp sugar
3+1/3 c flour
3 tsp yeast (separate to salt)
Basic mode 3 hours
Hi there, I tried you're recipe and it turned out great except the top collapsed a bit. I'm going to try again and if it drops again should I slightly cut the amount of water or oil?////update–Dud a second loaf and it came out good except for the top dropping a little. This time it fell maybe an inch but more uniformly. Last time just the middle of the top became concave. I must say your recipe makes wonderful bread. I can see why u use multiple machines. Would be nice to make more at one time.
How would i use this for a pizza dough? It’s in the title but not mentioned in the video

When I make the bread it always comes out somewhat sunken on the top. What am I doing wrong?

I use my bread machine every week and I love finding new recipes BUT I get very aggravated when people don't leave the recipe and amounts in the description below. I always skip to the next recipe. See I write the recipes down and if they are really good I share them with others BUT I don't have the time to watch, pause and write the recipe down.

I’m glad to see you’re using your “loaf” 🍞 buying a bread making machine. I feel like an “outsider” with my antiquated bread machine that’s so old the machine has gone “stale”. I’m hoping to get a new machine soon before I’m old and then ending up “pan bread”. You could possibly start selling your bread. I heard there’s a lot of “dough” in it. I suppose you have to earn a “crust” in these austere dreary times, especially if living on the “breadline”. It could be a good source of income. It would be your “bread and butter”. Sorry for the bad english, intelligence doesn’t run in the family, I must be “in-bread”. I have to say I admire your baking skills. I’m not exactly my “Mother’s Pride” with my bread baking skills. My wife really ”kneads” one of those machines for her sandwich making business. Ironically, her name just happens to be “Marg” would you believe. She likes a good old gossip and “spreads” it about quite a bit. Incidentally, just be careful when adding salt to your bread ingredients. I accidentally “a-salted” myself, ending up in a hospital that wasn’t very hospitable. To put it succinctly, I think bread making machines are the best inventions, yes, you guessed it, since “slice bread”. I think I’ve left my “puns” in the oven for too long, so I’ll say goodbye now, it’s way past my “breadtime”. So sorry for this long comment, I must be on a “roll”. You must think I’m an absolute “doughnut”. You really deserve much “butter”. I hope at “Yeast“ I’m making you smile.
Incidentally, sometimes my bread doesn’t rise to the occasion, should I, therefore, replace the yeast with viagra, or will the viagra just make my bread go hard? Please advise.

I have a number of good white bread 🍞 recipes, but my favorite is ENGLISH MUFFIN BREAD. I do it completely in my Breadmaker Ultra, I just don’t do the cornmeal… Love ❤️ your channel…

I i tried your banana bread recipe and i was the best. Hopefully this recipe too..coz i tried dozens of recipe from the net but it just not working perfectly. Will inform you if its done. My breadmaker a bit different because the standard basic bread takes 3.15 hour compare with yours only 3hours

oh shoot. My cuisinart doesn’t like 3 tsp of yeast . The loaf is pushing against the top of the baking area. I’ll try it with 2 1/4 tsp next time and set at 2 lb loaf . Wish me luck

Made your recipe and it was looking beautiful while baking and next time I looked at it the top had falling just a bit. After it finished baking and I cut it there was a area where it was just a big hole. Taste is awesome, but can you tell me what I did wrong?
Just brought this machine- tried the recipe in the booklet and bread didn't turn out any good- so I was going to bring the machine back – but decided to check youtube – and came across your video- OMG – you saved it! At tip: keep your yeast in the freezer. It last longer.
