Decent video and saw pro chefs completely screw this dish up , my only complaint is garlic in this dish in Roma don’t happen where I’ve had the pleasure of having from several top chefs , no garlic please lol 😂, and homemade egg pasta in a egg dish ain’t great but not a complaint either as great to show folk how to make a decent pasta from scratch , again great video my friend keep up the good work

  3. This is not classic carbonara, but this looks very tasty. Carbonara is no garlic, no parsley. Only pasta, guanchale, black pepper, pecorino and eggs. And some pasta water. But anyways, I'm sure it is very tasty! Super video! I love it!

  4. This may not be a truly authentic carbonara, but the flaws are very minor. Massive respect for open fire cookery and what I'm sure was a delicious forest carbonara! Hat's off for using the correct cheese! More black pepper though, but to each his taste.
