It's not magic, or a tap, she says a certain word for a certain card. She said 'ok' for the same card each time. The 'Emma go now', 'ok', and 'Emma' are all just a code for which card. Kinda lame to make Mimi so impressed over nothing impressive.

My boyfriend who has Parkinson's and now dementia did not believe this. He's now not with m e d u e to his illness got bad. H e would say she probably had mild case or her Parkinson's wasn't that bad. Very skeptical and I begged him to do carnivore..I'm crushed.

I caught it! The way she said "Emma" meant card number 3, when she say "Ok" with conviction it's card #6, saying ok and staring in her eyes means it's the same card. Clever girls!

Fun story: When we were kids, our Uncle Pete would give us a dime to eat the marrow out of chicken bones and lamb chop bones. His teeth were so strong he picked my other uncle off the floor by his belt with his teeth!! I have almost all of mine at 75, and no cavities!!

Come Lord Jesus, be our Guest, and let these gifts to us be blessed. AMEN! I thought it was a local thing where I’ve lived all my life (Central Texas, German, Lutheran community). I’ve been at weddings where we prayed that prayer before eating and family of the bride or groom who weren’t local looked around like that was so strange (that just about all the guests joined in). I’ve heard it was Luther’s table prayer but never qualified it. It’s so awesome to hear it on this channel. I will conclude with: Oh give thanks unto the Lord for He is good, and His mercy endureth forever. AMEN!

I will definitely have to try shanks. I never have cooked them or even ate them. Also I love to hear that, Mimi uses all aspects of the meat juices and fat. Nothing's wasted.
Made the Beef shank recipe a few days ago and it was delicious! Thank you. Only thing I would do differently next time I do it (which I can’t wait to do!) is I’ll wipe off as much salt as possible before cooking. Thank you for sharing this recipe Mimi!!!!
