Eggless Brown butter Chocolate chip pecan cookies 🍪 ( 6 cookies )THIS RECIPE CAN BE MADE VEGAN OR JUST EGGLESS
96 g ap flour
Baking soda 1g
Caster sugar 40g
Light brown sugar 40g
Butter 74g (Dairy or Non Dairy – add 10g extra butter if using non dairy)
Yogurt 24g (Dairy or Non Dairy)
Chocolate chips 40g
Pecans 40g
1. Mix sugars with brown butter
2. Add all wet ingredients and whisk well
3. Add the dry ingredients along with pecan nuts and chopped chocolates
4. Fold them in, scoop and bake directly at 170°C for 10-12 mins
