  1. Liked your recipe till you reached for the yogurt as mixing dairy with fruit is a big no-no. Yogurt contains plenty of bacteria which will act on the sugar present in fruits. This results in toxins, cold and allergies thus not much of detox in your recipe-quite the opposite. 🤨👎
