Just one question…many of the recipes have a green asterisk next to some of the ingredients but not sure what that means. It may say somewhere in the book but haven't found it yet.     Question: Is it ok to make a smoothie each day, I am so addicted now
    I noticed I eat less and I am loosing weight faster eating smoothies and apple cider at night

  3. But it’s like just a banana mango smoothie. Not really a green green smoothies cause you’re not getting THAT much greens. The spinach is basically there for color :/ tho I’m sure there are other recipes. I’m only pointing this out because this smoothie is called best GREEN smoothie. Not fruit smoothie.

  4. Does look so delicious but seems to have a high sugar content with the fruit all 3 fruits are very high in sugar. Even if the banana is replaced with an avocado. I suppose if one had only the one glass then it would not be too bad.
