  1. The description of spicy without being like food is so good. To me it feels like my whole mouth, throat and stomach kinda feel like it’s vibrating at a super low frequency. I think of it like that because to me I can’t describe the taste but when I takes breaths in it feels like the vibrating gets slightly more intense even though it also feels like it’s cooling my mouth more than usual. It’s such a weird feeling, I’ve heard people say that it’s a funky taste, and I kinda get the description while also feeling like it makes it sound nasty, and the actual feeling doesn’t gross me out

  2. In my experience, this tests results only really apply to larger lobsters like this. Smaller 1-1.5lb lobsters have much different textures to the different parts. Knuckles are the farthest things from dry and the tail ends up less tender than a knuckle by a mile
