  1. I have to watch how much potassium and phosopherous I consume for medical reasons and I can’t drink a lot of juice or eat tons of veggies and fruits I like . I do consume small amounts of what I like and need so I don’t have to give up everything I like ❤❤❤

  2. It's really a misconception of how much protein plants actually give you.

    People have been brainwashed to believe the only good or any source of protein comes from meat or animal products, which is absolutely not true.

    Not knowing that vegetables have enough protein for humans and you can bypass the animals and animal fat, inflammation, hormones, that causes longterm chronic health issues

    So even to remind myself, I tell my kids to eat their vegetables to get their protein so they can be strong.
    Like Popeye who ate spinach.

  3. Thank you for sharing your videos and wonderful energy. It may help to grind the flaxseeds as my understanding is that they will pass through the digestive system as good roughage but won’t break down to impart the nutrients.
