Learn how to cook beef ribs with this easy step-by-step guide. Iโ€™m going to show you the simple technique of marinating ribs, preparing the vegetable, frying the ribs, seasoning and frying the vegetable with fried ribs. These beef rib recipes are savory, succulent, and scrumptious.

โ–ถ Ingredients :
โ— 700 g, Beef ribs
1 tsp, Salt
1 tsp, Sesame oil
โ— 2 cloves, Garlic
โ— 1/4 pieces, White onion
โ— 1 Red bell pepper
โ— 2 stems, Scallions
โ— 2 tsp, Sugar
โ— 1 tsp, Oyster sauce
โ— 1 tsp, Cornstarch + 50 ml, Water
โ— Cooking oil, for frying.

โ–ถ Method :
1. In a huge bowl, add the beef ribs and season with salt and sesame oil. Massage and marinate at least 15 minutes before cooking.
2. Prepare the vegetable. Cut the garlic into thin slices. Cut the onion into medium dices. Cut the chilli into medium dices. Cut the scallions into rings.
3. Pour the cooking oil and heat up, add the ribs and fry for 3 to 5 minutes per side. drain off the oil and set aside.
4. Heat up the oil, add the vegetable and fry until soft, 1 minutes.
5. After they are soft and then add the fried ribs.
6. Season with the sugar and oyster sauce. Fry for a few seconds.
7. Sprinkle the scallions. Enjoy!
