Seafood Stock:
1 ½ lb of large peeled shrimp
2 large lobster tails (I used 10-12 oz per tail)
1 lemon cut up into 4 pieces
2–3 bay leaves
2–4 black peppercorns
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1 ½ Teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning
1 ½ Teaspoon of Cajun seasoning
1 ½ Teaspoon of Paprika
1 Teaspoon of Cayenne
Seafood Boil Sauce:
2–3 sticks of unsalted butter
4–5 tablespoons of minced garlic
1 Tablespoon of Salt
1 Tablespoon of Black Pepper
1 ½ Tablespoon of Old Bay seasoning
1 ½ Tablespoon of Cajun seasoning
1 ½ Tablespoon of Smoked Paprika
1 Tablespoon of Cayenne (add more if you want it spicier)
1 Tablespoon of Onion Powder
1 ½ Tablespoon Lemon Pepper
2 Tablespoons of Brown Sugar
½ cup of the seafood stock
