  1. I use a shallow, wide ceramic electric cooker that has overheat protection. Cover with lid.. Zero adding water or oil. Cook until top is heated/smells good. Eat.
    The crust is delicately, superbly crunchy and crackles when you bite it.
    Best method ever, and a lot less fuss than any other I've tried. Pizza is even better than fresh.

  2. This is where ATK and I part company. I've used this method for years but without water and additional oil and it comes out fine (gooey cheese, hot toppings, crisp crust). That said, I'll try their method and see if it's better. And that, my friends, is how this brother rolls. Word.

  3. No,no,no. Just place it upside down. The cheese crust will be from another world!! Why try to eat pizza as freshly made of its not freshly made! You've got to scale it up and enjoy pizza every way and every age!

  4. Damn I miss Burroni's frozen Instant Pizza … reheating pizza in a pan reminds me of what we called toaster pizza that everyone made in a toaster oven, & those that tried using a toaster as the box said you could would regrated trying because they'd leak making a huge burnt mess.
