  1. I noticed you cleaned the inside of the dish above the pumpkin after you finished mixing; that's one reason I'd use a bowl first. Faster/better incorporation & a clean baking dish to pour it into. I don't mind cleaning the bowl since it makes it easier for me. Def trying this! Might even go the extra mile of homemade cinnamon whipped cream. 🙂

  2. So you just made pumpkin pie filling. Also u forgot the brown sugar. Trust me. Don't forget the brown sugar. When we make pumpkin pies, we always have more filling then crust. So we just put it in a baking dish if some kind. And cook. Then will eat that, well keeping the Pies for after turkey dinner.

  3. That looks wonderful. I think I will microwave a cheesecake to make it a little thinner and use the whole tub over the top. pumpkin and cheesecake not much better than that. Maybe add a few pecans too.. my imagination is going wild. I love it.

  4. This would be good with candied pecans or walnuts. The whipped cream should have cinnamon sprinkled on it. I would put more pumpkin spice in the filling. Where do buy the cheesecake filling. I can't find that at any grocery store around me and I'm in a major city.
