Bibimbap!!

“BULGOGI” STYLE GROUND BEEF
• 1 lb 80/20 ground beef
1/2c soy sauce
1Tbsp sesame oil
1 3/4Tbsp rice vinegar
1/8c brown sugar
1Tbsp ginger, grated
2 cloves garlic, grated
3|4Tbsp gochujang
Preheat saute pan over med high. Add beef, breaking apart into small pieces as it cooks. Add marinade (to make this, stir together: soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vin, brown sugar, ginger garlic, and gochujang). Cook down until marinade becomes syrupy (should take about 60 sec).
PICKLED VEG
MARINATED CUCUMBERS
1Tbsp salt
2Tbsp sugar
2Tbsp vinegar
1/2 cucumber
Stir to combine. Allow to marinate for 20+ minutes.
MARINATED BEAN SPROUTS
2c bean sprouts
1Tbsp salt
2Tbsp sugar
2Tbsp rice vinegar
1Tbsp sesame seeds
Stir to combine. Allow to marinate for 20+ minutes.
MARINATED CARROTS
2c shredded carrot
1Tbsp salt
2Tbsp sugar
2Tbsp rice vinegar
Stir to combine. Allow to marinate for 20+ minutes.
SPINACH
Olive oil
1/2 lb large leaf spinach
Salt
2Tbsp sesame seeds
Preheat saute pan over medium high. Add oil, cleaned spinach, a large pinch of salt, and a pinch of sesame seeds.
BIBIMBAP SAUCE
¾-1c gochujang
3Tbsp water (+ additional to thin sauce if your gochujang is extra thick)
1 1/4Tbsp sugar
1/2tsp salt
3 1/2Tbsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
2Tbsp ginger, chopped
Combine ingredients and blend until smooth.
PUTTING EVERYTHING TOGETHER
• Rice
• Eggs (1 per bowl, cooked over easy)
• Scallions, thinly sliced
• Additional sesame seeds, if desired
• Kimchi
Place rice in bowl. Top with bulgogi beef, spinach, carrots, cucumbers, bean sprouts, kimchi, egg, and bibimbap sauce. Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds

Well. Bibimbap is originally made with rice and leftover side dishes, so it's a tradition to add anything. It sounds delicious.

비빔밥이라는게 밥과 고추장에 그때그때 원하는 재료 넣고 비비면 되는거라 정석적인 재료는 없긴 함. 예로 들면 절에서는 계란, 고기 빼고 야채만 넣어서 만들어 먹기도 함. 결론은 이 유튜버가 만든 비빔밥도 제대로 된 비빔밥이 맞다!
