The scent of Bij Bij takes me back to my school days. Those times when I would come home tired and hungry from school, and when I opened the door, the fragrance of Bij Bij, rice and fried potatoes would fill the air.
I couldn’t wait for lunch, so I would either sneakily grab some of those fried potatoes or take a piece of bread, dip it in Bij Bij, and enjoy it.
Bij Bij goes by different names in various cities, and instead of fried potatoes, some people use fried eggs. Now, tell me, in your city, what do you call this dish, and how do you make it?

500 gr Ground Beef
2 Medium Onions
3 Tomatoes
2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
2 Tablespoons Bitter Orange or Lemon Juice
2 Large Potatoes
Salt, Black Pepper Powder, and Turmeric Powder to taste
