1 LB Alaskan Black Cod Prime Cuts
2 TBSP Hoisin Sauce
1 TSP Huy Fong Chili Garlic Sauce
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 450° F.
Mix Hoisin Sauce and Chili Garlic.
Brush onto all sides of Black Cod Prime Cuts.
Plac Cod onto foil-lined baking sheet.
Coat fish with remaining sauce.
Bake Black Cod Prime Cuts for 10 minutes at 450° F.
Serve and enjoy!
