With Spring just around the corner, it’s time to begin thinking of grilling season. This is one of my favorite BBQ sauces to use on ribs, chicken, brisket and burgers. Fresh blackberries add a sweet flavor, habaneros provide a bit of heat, coffee helps develop depth and smokiness comes from a dash of liquid smoke. Although there are a lot of ingredients, it is actually very easy to make. Give it a try and let me know how you like it!

Thanks! Made a batch of this today. Added some allspice and a bit more Worcestershiresauce. Also added a little bit of xanthane gum to prevent seperating over time. It turned out great
Nice knife! I’m a global fanboy myself lol

This looks amazing, I will definitely try it once my habanero plant starts to produce this year 🙂

Looks great! I'll give it a try
Just picked a heap of blackberries from my garden today and needed something to do with them besides wine, definitely considering this as I've a dozen or so Scotch Bonnets left for making sauce. Great video, the sauce looks amazing!
mmmmmmm!
