  8. Yes like others have said PLEASE make an updated video!!! This video makes it look like you pull it out of the box and pop the legs open!! I’ve watched other videos of assembling this and people are using baby bassinets to hold it up while putting legs in making it look SUPER COMPLICATED!! It’s preventing me from purchasing one! Looks like a headache! A friend told me it took them 2 hours to assemble! 😳

  9. One thing that would be good start to video maybe say “you’re goin to need a socket wrench, wrench and Phillips screwdriver “ and size of socket needed but just a small suggestion. Otherwise very simple and straightforward.

    Fed up with a DECADE of no customer service

    Yeah- would have been awesome if all the parts came in mine.
    2023 seeing this video 1st time. Mine is an older version than the one in this video. Mine has a brace not a bottom shelf. No tank hanger. No tubes for shelves to slide in- and no model number even.

    Angle iron on the bottom only tacked not actually welded with even a 1/4 bead anywhere.

    Tacks broke, griddle warped. Garbage customer service from then until now. Mine shipped without the shelves. They said they lost record of me buying it so they never got me my shelves. 4 ish years later the regulator went bad. No biggie that is acceptable. So I try to buy one. Mine doesn’t have a model number- still says “PATENT PENDING” so they can’t sell a regulator because they don’t know what it is.

    @blackstone- how you gonna say anything about God in your video when you won’t make anything right for your customers. You made that comment in a video before this one.

  17. In case anyone in the future is having issues with attaching the bottom tray due to it being about a quarter inch too long… make sure it’s on its side like in this video. This will allow you to attach the tray on one side and pull it to give it some strain on the other to make it fit.

  23. Blackstone needs to make another video and rewrite the assembly instructions in the owner's manual to match the hardware blister pack and the M4 bolts are already installed in the cover handles. Just bring your documentation up to date please.
