  1. Great video. why are there so many dislikes on this video. Everything he did was in fact authentic. There is no use of oil while boiling the pasta it just floats on the surface. You have to have you sauce ready while the pasta finishes boiling and immediately add them to the sauce. adding oil after draining the pasta will sure prevent them from sticking but it will also not stick to the sauce.

  2. Thanks a lot for sharing this. Three big mistakes that I always make are adding oil to the pasta, not adding enough water and adding very little salt while boiling. And my pasta always turns out to be very dry and bland. Will try your tips for sure.

  3. Dear sanjay thumma
I dont have olive oil for white sauce. As ur wife ragini made I creamy spinach in white sauce.
For white sauce she said u can add butter also. But olive oil she added garlic to but in butter melted will become clarified butter. Genereally in white sauce ratio is equal part of flour and butter then add milk slowly.
How much butter is to be added to make in 1 and half cup macroni before adding flour.

  4. Great video but just a tip…if you're gonna cook the cooked pasta with the sauce for a two minutes as you should, you should compensate for that time by removing the pasta from the boiling water two minutes before reaching al dente.

  5. In my personal pasta recipe in the last 3-4 minutes most of the water is vaporized so there is just a prefect amount of water to add chicken stock and then my pasta is chicken flavored and then I just put my pasta in PLAIN béchamel sauce and it tastes amazing and I like to call it as ''chicken cream pasta'' its a very easy and tasty recipe which I have experimented with!
