Ingredients
For the fudgy brownie base
* 100g unsalted butter
* 100g dark chocolate, chopped
* 50g milk chocolate, chopped
* 1/4 cup cocoa powder (4 tbsp)
* 130g granulated sugar
* 70g brown sugar
* 3 eggs
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1/4 tsp salt
* 1/2 cup plain flour (62g)

For the marshmallow ghosts
* 9 marshmallows
* 1/4 cup powdered or icing sugar
* 1-2 tsp milk or water
* Melted chocolates, for piping ghostly faces
