Bossam or Korean boiled pork wrap recipe ⬇️
2-3 lbs thick pork bellies
1 tsp black peppercorn
Ginger
7-10 gloves garlic (2 tbsp minced garlic)
2 tbsp dwenjang or Korean feremented soy bean paste (not miso)
4 bay leaves
1 tsp ground coffee
3 stalks of green onions (the white stem)
10-12 cups of water (enough to cover the pork)
1. Put all the ingredients into a large pot (mine is from @ourplace )
2. Bring it to a boil
3. Lower the heat to medium-low to low and simmer for 1 hour
4. Let it rest in the pot for 10-15 minutes
5. Cool and slice

1/4 cup dwenjang or Korean feremented soy bean paste (not miso)
1 tbsp gochujang or Korean red pepper paste
Green onions
1-2 tsp choice of sweetener
2 tsp sesame oil
1 green chili pepper (optional for spice)
Shrimp Krill sauce
1 tbsp shrimp krill
1/2 tsp sugar
t tsp gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
1 green onion
1 tsp minced garlic
Roasted sesame seeds
3 tsp sesame oil
