Boston Market Chicken Copycat Recipe! | El Patron Rotisserie Chicken | LSG

I labored hard breaking down the flavors of Boston Market’s Rotisserie Chicken. The secret is in their marinade, and I think this recipe hits the nail on the head. I cooked this on the El Paton grill using the Rotisserie
Marinade Recipe:
Boston Market Chicken
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup canola oil or avocado oil (my choice)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
4 cloves fresh garlic
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbs Paprika
1 1/2 tsp Black pepper
2 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp Smoked paprika
1/2 tsp White pepper
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 whole chicken
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix all ingredients together and pour over chicken in a nonreactive bowl.
2. Let the chicken marinate overnight.
3. In the morning, turn the chicken to marinate it on the other side.
4. Several hours later pull the chicken out of the fridge and let it rest for 20-30 minutes.
This recipe is not just for the grill. It will also work well on oven-roasted chicken. Of course, to get that Boston Market experience, I recommend a rotisserie.
