My moms corned beef always comes out like pulled pork. My aunts corned beef always comes out tough as nails, and dry to boot because she just roasts it on top of cabbage. The one and only time i cooked one i was drinking and completely forgot about it until 3am, it was edible but i didnt like it at. Havent made one since lol. Yours looked really really good though
