You all know the tune , Mary had a little lamb, little lamb, little lamb, Mary had a little lamb it's fleece was white as snow, 2nd verse then I sheered that little lamb and ate it, and it was very good ,LOL, Pasquale is the best Italian chef on you tube , never gave a thumbs down to any of his recipes which is rare for me & I watch a lot of chefs/foodie shows

  2. Braised lamb shank is, bar none, my favorite dish of all …and such a delicacy!! Mom taught me how to make it when I was young.
    I've only ruined it once and that's because I forgot the bay leaf! It's crucial!
