Happy 4th of July!
Ingredients:
– 2 bratwurst
– 1 can of beer
– Water
– 2 brioche hot dog rolls
– Mustard
– 4 tbsp butter
– 4 oz sauerkraut
Recipe:
1. Add 2 bratwurst and pour 1 can of beer into a pot. Add enough water to cover the bratwurst. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer for 20 min.
2. Toast 2 brioche rolls in 2 tbsp butter.
3. Sautee 4 oz sauerkraut in 2 tbsp butter.
4. Butterfly the bratwurst then sear.
5. To the rolls, add the bratwurst, mustard, and sauerkraut.
