For Preparing Dhokla Mixture:
– 1 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
– 1/2 cup Semolina (roasted)
– 3/4 cup Yogurt/Curd/Dahi
– 1 tsp Ginger & Chilli Paste
– 1/2 Carrot (grated)
– 1/2 cup Fenugreek
– 1 tsp Sugar
– Salt
– 1 cup water (in total)
– 1/2 Lemon Juice
For Tempering:
– 1 tbsp Oil
– 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
– 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
– 2 Green Chillies (chopped)
– 2 tbsp Water
– 1/2 tsp Sugar
