Turkish Bread: the fastest and easiest bread you can make at home! Soft and no oven! The recipe does not use yeast, so you do not need to wait until the dough rises, you do not need to knead for a long time, we immediately start cooking. *Bread recipe ingredients:*
1 package of baking powder (10 grams).
1 cup yogurt (200 milliliters).
1 cup water (200 milliliters).
1 teaspoon salt (5 grams).
Stir.
Sift 4 cups of flour (480 grams).
Add the liquid to the flour and stir with a spoon.
1 tablespoon vegetable oil (15 milliliters).
Knead the dough with your hands so that the oil is absorbed into the dough.
Anyone can make this recipe at home.
If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour.
Since the dough is not yeast, we save time.
The dough should be very soft and slightly sticky to your hands.
Sprinkle the table with flour and divide the dough into 10 parts.
I used a 200 milliliters cup.
Make dough balls.
Roll out the dough to a diameter of 13-15 centimeters (5-6 inches).
Roll out all the balls and start frying the bread in a pan.
Heat up a skillet over medium heat.
If you have a large skillet, cook several breads at the same time.
The pan does not need to be oiled.
Flip over to the other side after a minute.
The bread should puff up like a balloon.
The bread takes about 4 minutes to cook, after puffing up it is ready.
This is the perfect quick breakfast bread recipe.
Brush the bread with olive oil to keep it soft for a long time.
This flat bread can be used as a filling pocket.
It’s great for sandwiches or as a base for tacos.
*Bon Appetit!*

You have made this video with non cooks in mind. I have never made any kind of bread except southern style biscuits. I know I can make this bread. Thank you for a video that clearly shows every step of the cooking process! I am watching from Greer, South Carolina, USA.
This reminds me of the bread we had at a morroccan restaurant in San Francisco. It was delicious. I'm guessing this is a staple in middle eastern/north African cooking.
Every recipe is the most delicious you've ever eaten, lol. (But anything with fat or oil and dairy is going to taste good.) I do like the way it comes out with pockets you could stuff though. I bet it is tastier than regular pita bread.
I enjoy your videos, and I've made quite a few of the recipes. They worked out very nice, but I think this is now the 17th time you've called something the MOST DELICIOUS bread you have ever eaten.
