What are the actual recipe ingredients for this bread? Everywhere I look it only shows the video which doesn't show measurements.

You are using a conventional oven that's what it's called what if you want to use a regular oven

Realised i had to use the jug not the round blender so a bit more washing up – made a great loaf worried too much yeast and thought it was not proofing quick enough but hey patience, it came up just the right amount before heating up to 190! Thanks.

From France; My hubby doesn't like my keto bread as it is like cake and eggy – so now i will try this took a long time to realise we could use rice. Bought a French rice stick and it was great but not sold nearby. Have you tried a French stick?

I've been making this bread but it keeps caving in in the middle of the loaf partway through the baking process and then the inside doesn't cook properly. It comes out more like a crumpet sort of, but still tastes flippin amazing. I'd rather get a perfect loaf though. I used everything in the recipe and followed the instructions so I don't know what's causing this. It happens each time.

The only short rice I can find is called sticky rice which is also called glutinous rice. I'm confused what rice to get. So do I use sushi rice?

Yeast can be made from barley, etc. It is important to make sure that the yeast is gluten free. I found that out when I bought vegetable broth and saw in the ingredients that it was made with yeast. I then did a bit of research and found out what it can be made from.
Where are the measurements ?
Can someone help me here so I would love to try this recipe because Im on a GF diet but I also have stopped consuming sugar but it looks like its a must here for the yeast to grow, is there an alternative for that or can I use dates for example soak them in water then when they soften add them to the blend with the yeast or thats not possible?

I don't have a fancy blender, but do have a nutribullet, which seemed to work fine, but killed the yeast. Loaves did not rise. I'm going to try and add the yeast after blending, I guess. Kinda disappointing. :/
