Bread Malai Dessert Recipe – Instant Creamy Shahi Tukray Eid Special – BaBa Food RRC

Eid Special Creamy Shahi Tukray Written Recipe With Directions:

Ingredients:

-Bread slices 8 (remove brown part)
-Cooking oil / clarified butter (for frying)
-Condense milk 2 tbs
-Tetra pack cream 1 packet
-Icing sugar (cheeni) 1 tbs
-Milk (dhoodh) 1 liter
-Sugar (cheeni) 1/2 cup
-Milk (dhoodh) 1/2 cup
-Vanilla custard powder 1 tbs
-Corn flour 1 tbs
-Green cardamom (sabz elaichi) powder 1/4 tsp
-Saffron 1 pinch
-Pistachio (pista) crushed for garnishing
-Almonds (badam) for garnishing

Directions:

-In a pan, add cooking oil and heat it.
-On medium flame, add bread slices and fry them until light brown in color.
-In a bowl, add condense milk, tetra pack cream, and icing sugar. Mix well.
-Apply cream mixture on one slice of bread and place the other slice on top of it.
-Similarly make others.
-In a wok, add milk and bring it to boil.
-Add sugar and mix well.
-Add saffron and cook until milk starts boiling.
-In a bowl, add milk, vanilla custard powder, corn flour, and green cardamom powder. Mix well.
-On low flame, add preapred mixture to milk while continouslly stir the spoon. Cook it for 3-4 mins on low flame.
-In a tray, place the fried breads then add preapred milk.
-Garnish it with pistachio and almonds.
-Cool it at room temperature then place it in refrigerator for half an hour.
-Dish out, serve and enjoy!
