bread omelette is a healthy and easy, one pan quick dish that is made by cooking an omelette, which is a mix of beaten eggs, and then sandwiching it between slices of bread. Instead of two slices of bread I am using 1 slice of sourdough bread and some veggies. It’s a filling meal for breakfast or lunch because it has protein from the eggs and energy from the sourdough bread. A quick and easy one pan meal ideal for you especially on those busy mornings.
Ingredients:
1 egg, 1/2 onion, 1 green chili, 1/2 carrot, spring onion, pink himalayan salt as needed, 1 -2 tsp wood pressed coconut oil (make sure you swirl the tawa so that the oil is coated all over the tawa). I used a well seasoned cast iron tawa
