Bread pakora
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
For Batter:
-Baisan (Gram flour) 2 cups
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Ajwain (Carom seeds) ¼ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Baking soda ¼ tsp
-Pani (water) as required
For Stuffing:
-Aaloo (Potatoes) boiled & mashed 2 medium
-Chicken boiled & shredded 1 cup
-Hari mirch (Green chili) chopped 1-2
-Gajar (Carrots) grated 2 tbs
-Hari pyaz (Green onion) chopped 2 tbs
-Corns boiled 2 tbs
-Hara dhania (Green coriander) chopped 2 tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp
-Zeera (Cumin) roasted & crushed ½ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Bread slices 8
-Mozzarella cheese shredded (optional)
-Oil for frying
Direction:
For Batter:
-In bowl, add gram flour,red chili powder,turmeric powder,carom seeds,salt,baking soda and water,mix well and make a batter of desired consistency and set aside.
For Stuffing:
-In bowl, add potatoes,chicken(boiled and shredded),green chili (chopped),carrots (grated),green onion,corns,green coriander(chopped),salt,red chili powder,cumin (roasted&crushed),black pepper powder and mix well until all combined.
-Cut the edges of bread slice.
-Take filling and spread it on the bread evenly, sprinkle mozzarella cheese shredded (optional) and cover this filling with another slice.
-Cut the stuffed bread slice into triangular slices.
-Now dip the slices in besan batter and coat the slices evenly with the besan batter.
-Heat oil and deep fry on medium low flame until golden.
-Bread pakora is ready, serve with tomato ketchup.

-Bowl mein baisan,lal mirch powder,haldee powder,ajwain,namak,baking soda aur pani dal ker desired consistency ka batter tayyar ker lein aur side per rakh dein.
For Stuffing:
-Bowl mein,aaloo,chicken (boiled and shredded),hari mirch (chopped),gajar (grated),hari pyaz,corns,hara dhanoa (chopped),namak,lal mirch powder,zeera (roasted&crushed) aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Bread slices k edges ko cut ker lein.
-Bread slice k upper filling rakh ker pheela lein aur mozzarella cheese shredded sprinkle ker lein,is k upper dosra slice rakh dein.
-Stuffed bread slices ko triangular shape mein cut ker lein.
-Ab slices ko baisan ka batter mein ache tarhan dip ker k coat ker lein.
-Oil garam ker k halki darmiyani annch per sunhariri hunay tak fry ker lein.
-Bread pakora tayyar hai, tomato ketchup k saath serve karein.
