Ingredients (makes 6 bread pizza)
4-6 brown bread slices or white bread slices
1 medium-sized tomato, deseeded and diced
1 medium sized bell pepper, deseeded and diced
1 onion medium sized, diced
2 tbsp sweet corn
1/4 tsp sendha namak/rock salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp tomato ketchup
100 grams grated mozzarella cheese
pizza sauce as needed
2 tbsp melted butter
3-4 grated garlic cloves
1 tbsp chopped hara dhania/cilantro
