  1. I like to put raisins in my bread pudding maybe a little vanilla extract some cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg. I like it hot from the oven or cold from the fridge or even room temperature. Put a teaspoon of real maple syrup on the top. Big glass of cold milk or iced coffee with it. Good for breakfast or dessert. 😊❤

  2. Yep my mom made queen Victoria pudding/bread and butter pudding. Old sliced bread and remove the crust. Butter and jam with apricot or peach Jam on the buttered bread. Put on a try and toast in the oven. Stack them up adding currents and sultanas throughout. Spice with cinnamon, sugar and cloves mixed. Season throughout and let rest. Bring whole milk to before boiling point, stir in sugar and vanilla extract. Beat eggs and whisk into the hot milk. 3 eggs per liter of milk. Pour this over the seasoned buttered and toasted bread. Add some more currents and sultanas and sugar on top. Cook again at 180'C for 45mins. Remove when browned and let sit for 10 min. Serve like this or with ideal milk or warm custard.
