Here is my reloaded video on how I make Bread. I’ve gotten a lot of questions on the previous video that’s why I decided to answer most of the questions in this new video. I do hope you enjoy it.
Ingredients:
6 Cups Bread Flour 6 to 6.5
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Vitamin C Powder Vinegar or Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Salt
3 Tablespoons Butter
2 Tablespoons Yeast
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Milk
2 Eggs

Note; this is NOT Agege (Lagos) Bread, though it’s similar but this one is lighter with a much more delicate texture.
I use the standard US standard measuring cup for all my measurements

very very well eplained. the greek wariors where not allowed to eat any spice. when i first read that in platos state (only mentioned, as if it would not be important) i thought: hmmm? shure they where in trouble with india, and there was curry embargo, or thy where aginst building armys with soldiers that only anyway just hang around, there, no school, kept agressiv, and that they at leas should not eat and get drunk all day, waiting for the fight. the last was half way right! it makes nutricion out of eating, and a joy and pleasure. if youre fat or too skiny, if you leave spice out, you get just right. i tried it out when i got a bit to fat. and it works. youre not hungry that fast, cause your body does not want to get rid of all that iritating substances, that maybe taste exciting on the tongue, but inside of you, tissues are much more sinsitive, and have no nerves to feel the pain pepper and salt causes by the damage it makes in there… so you eat les for not beeing hungry, cause it is digestied all´most all, and if youre the skiny type, and not so much into eating anyway, it stays in there you dont get empty before hungry. ;)! Platos State. it stays somewhere in the middel of book.
