Ingredients

Bread
Oil – 1 tbsp
Boiled Potato – 4 medium size
Boiled Green peas – 2 tbsp
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
A few Mint leaves
A few Coriander leaves
A few Curry leaves
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying

Method:
1. In a kadai add 1 tbsp of oil & add Boiled Potato, Boiled Green peas, Turmeric powder, Chilli powder, salt, Chaat masala gently mix it. Now add Mint leaves, Coriander leaves, Curry leaves & mix well & leave for 2 minutes. Now your Potato masala filling is ready.
2. Wet the Bread slightly & spread the potato masala. Now roll the bread slice, seal the edges properly.
3. Drop the Bread roll in a hot oil for deep frying.
