how to make tutti frutti buns at home
ingredients and method
1/3 Cup warm milk
1 – 1/2 tsp yeast
2 tsp sugar
🍞 let the mixture rest in a warm place for 20 mins or till the yeast activates
🍞 after 20 mins remove from the warm
add 1 – 1/4 Cup Maida
salt to taste
1/3 Cup tutti frutti
2 tbsp oil or butter
1/3 Cup of milk or as required
(dough should be very sticky)
🍞 Now knead the dough for 15 to 20 mins till the sticky dough becomes smooth
🍞 You can dust little maida inbetween the process
🍞 You Can Also Add little oil or butter
🍞 Now Keep The Dough again in a warm place for 1 hour
( It may take more or less time to Ferment as every place has its own temperature)
🍞 after 1 hr when the dough ferments well
🍞 make small size balls from the dough and place them in a greased tin
🍞 again keep it in a warm place for 1/2 an hour or 1 hr
🍞 than grease the buns with milk or egg and bake them for 28 to 30 mins at 160*
🍞 when done remove them from oven and brush some butter and cover it damn cloth to sustain that softness in them
