I am so glad I didn't stop searching for a solution to my weight and healthy eating, I have searched a long time now I've found you and I enjoy watching your workouts and your recipes you share. It has taken me a while to get back in to working out as I have been off work with injury for a year now, it's even harder not having a vehicle to get around and shops are 45-50mins away if I walk. Thanks to your exercise videos and your recipes I now have a sense of direction. Not many trainers and nutritionists give up their secrets for the love of it, in fact I'm one of many who has been dragged to the cleaners and back just trying to find a way to get back on track and at 52yrs I give all glory to God that I have found someone who is so giving of themselves, thank you I have 4 more sessions at physiotherapy can't wait to start my journey.
I have this one 2-3 times per week! Yum! I add a teaspoon of cinnamon to it as well. Hope thatโs ok!
This sounds so good. I'm at work and want it for lunch so I'm ordering from a local smoothie place that customizes smoothies. I added organic ginger hoping that an ok substitute for the mango they have as a standard item. I'm guessing the 20 oz (the smallest portion) is ok?
