A small suggestion to make things easier for you would be to add visual cards that display the nutritional value of whatever you want to elaborate on, and you can display that for a couple of seconds, so that people can even pause it if they want to read it. It will save you time as you wouldn't have to verbally explain in each video. Plus, you can reuse the visual cards and just display the same card each time you want to explain about a food you've previously explained about.
