Boot leather
You have killed that brisket
What the hell is that
There was a squeeze, but no juice. 😢
Is it me or does that meat look dry?
Uh…. That's not cooked properly. I might as well throw my 2 cent in too
For a brisket, you will need to cook it for a lot longer, in my opinion a minimum of 6 hours, preferrably 8-10. none of the connective tissue in the brisket has been rendered properly, it will never be as good as a real brisket unless you do it the low and slow way. I would be interested to see if this Ninja grill could do a long roast. Also get some beef tallow and butcher paper to wrap the brisket in after the bark has formed. Keep up the good work!
Drywall
Looks like you sliced up one of my boots 😂
This looks horrible. Wow!
That looks a bit on the well done side for me
