  1. For a brisket, you will need to cook it for a lot longer, in my opinion a minimum of 6 hours, preferrably 8-10. none of the connective tissue in the brisket has been rendered properly, it will never be as good as a real brisket unless you do it the low and slow way. I would be interested to see if this Ninja grill could do a long roast. Also get some beef tallow and butcher paper to wrap the brisket in after the bark has formed. Keep up the good work!
