Brittany Xavier And Her Daughter Attempt Viral Cloud Bread Recipe | The Zoe Report

Brittany Xavier gave us a sneak peek into her kitchen as she attempted TikTok’s viral cloud bread recipe with her daughter Jadyn. You only need three ingredients, and you can come up with all kinds of variations using food coloring.

Ingredients:
3 large egg whites (or 6 tablespoons of carton egg whites)
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
A few drops of food coloring of your choice (Optional)

Instructions:
Whip the eggs for 1 minute. Gradually add sugar and whip until the mixture becomes foamy. Mix in the cornstarch and continue to whip until the mixture forms stiff peaks. If you want to give it an extra fun spin, add a few drops of food coloring of your choice. Once the coloring is mixed in, pour the mixture into a large pan and shape it into your preferred form. Bake it at 300 degrees for 27 to 30 minutes. Enjoy!
