Tips:
• Sift the wheat flour in your finest sieve ( use maida channe wali chalni)
• if you don’t notice the froth on the top of milk after dissolving the yeast and keeping for 10 min in dark place, then discard that milk and repeat the process with new milk.
• make sure to knead the dough for 10 min, that is the only key to soft spongy bread. If required, use hot water while kneading the dough.
• wait patiently till the dough gets double.
• as it is made up of whole wheat, it is denser than white bread.
•When you take out the bread from oven, it is hard. It becomes soft after absorbing the moisture from damp cloth.
•Avoid any zigzag knife to make slices of the bread.
•Lastly… Enjoy it with anything n everything 👍👍
