I got this recipe from a YouTuber named @munchiesbymallory – Per Loaf
1 stick of butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 cups flour
1 to 1¼ cups mashed banana (≈3 bananas)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
Edit: 350F 25 mins uncovered – then 20-25 mins covered (I baked it for the third time for another 20 mins cause I tested it with a toothpick and it was super runny, my loaves were too thick)
