You can brown butter in any pan, it’s just easier to see the color of the milk solids in a stainless steel pan or a light colored ceramic coated pan.

Use sage, and if you like goat cheese, throw a little in with the butter right before you add the ravioli. Garnish with parm and a little chopped walnuts. So delicious.
