Question I bought a bread knife , like yours on Amazon. The reviews was amazing but it says for sourdough. I used it twice and it’s not working out for me., I am left handed , I don’t know , if that’s why. And the blades are like no straight. No I don’t cut sourdough bread. I just thought, it would work for regular bread as well. I can return it. I wanted to get yours to be honest. But the shipping is to much

Yeah I love when you do bread machine recipes! However, Since I'm doing fresh mild these days I'm going to attempt to swap out the bread flour with fresh mild and I'm also going to swap the brown sugar for date. I have no clue if it will work but I'll come back to update… And for reference, I don't have any time for babysitting bread so I always use the bread machine start to finish. Thank you for these great ideas!❤
