The glass on the black stone 😱 i was so worried it was going to break! When I worked at a smash burger place, the grill cooks used a metal salt shaker and the metal spatula to “smash” (place spatula on the thing to be smashed, use the shaker to press down. I worry that the glass will shatter either from the force/striking the grill top or from thermal shock and ruin all your food.
