I'm really glad I found this video. I bought this from ATBBQ (they use their own brand now, not "Butcher BBQ"). It didn't come with any instructions. I put it together and tried to suck up the injection. Barely any would get into the tube. I thought I wasn't putting the needle on right. This video shows that you have to turn the knob at the back to the right. What it doesn't explain is that turning this knob one way or the other expands and contracts the gasket. Too loose and you get the results that I got. Too tight and you can't move the plunger. Just right and you get a nice load of injection and you can squirt it out with control.
If anyone from ATBBQ is watching – can you put better instructions in the box? I almost threw this out. With the right instructions, I'm now able to use it.
Been watching you guys for a couple years now. Jiat stumbled onto this gem however. Truly remarkable the quality difference between this video and what you guys are doing now (March 2021) not that this video is bad of course.
